Common use of Use of School Facilities Clause in Contracts

Use of School Facilities. A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings, if available, after working hours, and for evening meetings, without cost, subject to the rules and regulations governing such use.

Direct expenses incident to the rules and regulations governing such usemeeting, other than those normally a part of the school operations shall be borne by the Association.

Charges, if availableany, after working hours, shall be in accordance with the district policy for use and rental of school facilities. Requests for evening meetings, without cost, subject to use of building shall be made by the rules and regulations governing such useduly authorized representative of the Association in accordance with Board policy.
