Use of School Facilities. A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings. The Principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of such meeting.
Use of School Facilities. A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings, if available, after working hours, and for evening meetings, without cost, subject to the rules and regulations governing such use.
Use of School Facilities. All employees may be provided access to school facilities after school hours if prior arrangements have been made with, and approval obtained from the building principal.
Use of School Facilities. SECTION 1 Priority for the use of school facilities will be given to school functions.
Use of School Facilities. The Union shall have the right to hold meetings on school property provided such meetings do not interfere with school activities and/or the normal school operation. Such meetings must be scheduled at least three (3) days prior to the meeting and must also have three (3) days prior approval of the principal of the individual building.

The Association and/or its representatives will be entitled to use school buildings at reasonable hours without cost, provided such use does not interfere with normal operations of the schools. The regular application procedure for use of the building shall be followed. When special custodial services are needed, the Board may make a reasonable charge.
Use of School Facilities. 1. With the agreement of the Principal or designate, the Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment for Association meetings during all reasonable hours.
Use of School Facilities. 19.1 The Association will have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for meetings, with the approval of the Superintendent (or his or her designee).
Use of School Facilities. The Association may use school facilities of the Harford County Public Schools for legitimate Association business, provided it does not interfere with the normal, orderly conduct of the schools and may be held without cost, by using existing request procedures.
Use of School Facilities. Where there is available appropriate meeting space in buildings used by the School, MSEA shall be allowed reasonable use of such space at reasonable times for specific meetings, including space suitable for meetings in private between MSEA staff representatives or stewards and employees in the investigation and processing of grievances. Advance arrangements for the use of School facilities shall be made with the Executive Director or his/her designee, consistent with applicable Board policies and rules concerning use of facilities. MSEA shall reimburse the School for any additional expense incurred in allowing use of such space. No other employee organization, except such as have been certified or recognized as the bargaining agent for other School employees, shall have the right to meeting space in School facilities for purposes pertaining to terms and conditions of employment of employees. The use of School facilities for meetings shall be in non-work areas or where work is not in progress. Other than meetings in private between MSEA staff representatives or stewards and employees in the investigation and processing of grievances, all meetings in School facilities shall be during the off-duty time of employees attending and, in all instances, attendance shall be voluntary. Arrangements for any meetings in School facilities will be made so as to avoid interference with the School’s operations and/or educational program, or violation of the School’s security program.
