Common use of Use of School Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of School Equipment. The Association shall have the right of using school facilities and equipment, including fax machines, telephones, computers, copy machines and scanners, and all types of media equipment at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use and for any repairs necessitated as a result thereof.
