Common use of Use of School Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of School Equipment. The Association may, with permission of the building principal, use typewriters, computers, duplicating machines, audio-visual equipment, and standard office equipment, provided that the Association reimburses the District for the expendable supplies consumed during such use and any other established fees for use of equipment.

Use of School Equipment. The Association mayshall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, with permission of the building principal, use typewriters, including computers, duplicating telephones, fax machines, copy machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipmentequipment at reasonable times, scheduling such use with the principal of the school when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use, and standard office equipment, provided that the Association reimburses the District for the expendable supplies consumed during such use and any other established fees for use of equipmentrepairs necessitated as a result thereof.

Use of School Equipment. The Association mayshall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, with permission including typewriters, duplicating equipment, computers, and all types of audio-visual equipment upon approval of the building principal, use typewriters, computers, duplicating machines, audio-visual equipment. The Association shall provide their own materials and standard office equipment, provided that the supplies incident to such use. Such use shall be for Association reimburses the District business but not for the expendable supplies consumed during such use and any other established fees for use of equipmentlocal political activities.

Use of School Equipment. The Association mayshall have access to school equipment to include: typewriters, duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use, with permission approval of the Principal. No equipment shall be removed from school property without the approval of the building principalPrincipal. The Association will pay for any damage to, use typewritersor loss, computers, duplicating machines, audio-visual equipment, and standard office equipment, provided that or theft of school property while being used by the Association reimburses the District for the expendable supplies consumed during such use and any other established fees for use of equipmentAssociation.
