Use of School District Facilities. The Union shall have the same access to District facilities as any other nonprofit organization. The Union shall promptly reimburse the District for any costs, other than normal utility costs, associated with the Union's use of the facilities. When not otherwise needed for District purposes, the Union may use designated office equipment including but not necessarily limited to typewriters and duplicating machines. The Union shall furnish its own supplies for the equipment and shall promptly reimburse the District for any damage to, or loss of, equipment used under this section. The Union may post non-inflammatory material on designated bulletin boards in District facilities so long as the material clearly indicates that it is from the Union.
Use of School District Facilities. The School District hereby grants to the Park District a non exclusive permit to use the buildings, grounds, and facilities of the School District for programs and activities of the Park District, so long as such activities do not interfere with or adversely affect programs and activities sponsored by the School District. Exceptions to this provision may be made in order to provide exclusive use of selected areas of School District facilities on a case-by-case basis subject to the approval of the School District Superintendent or appropriate designee.
Use of School District Facilities. School District agrees to provide appropriate connectivity for Hospital and its Designated Medical Professionals to perform the Services.
Use of School District Facilities o Participating districts will make a good-faith effort to allow external providers to provide their services on school sites, contingent on available space or other logistical concerns. o Participating districts will agree to charge fees for the use of facilities that are reasonable and similar in nature and amount to the fees charged to other similarly classified external organizations that seek to use school facilities. • Funding o Participating districts will obligate, contingent upon demand for SES, an amount equal to 20 percent of their Title I allocation for SES and transportation for public school choice. A participating district may reallocate excess amounts for use in its regular Title I program after its enrollment windows have closed, provided it has met the demand for SES. • Reporting o Participating districts will report on program participation rates, attendance, notification procedures, and use of facilities to the Department at the end of the first semester of the school year and at the end of the second semester. • Program Evaluation o Participating districts will agree to participate in an independent, third-party evaluation of the effects of their own services and those of external providers on state reading and math tests, including an analysis of the characteristics of children served by district and external providers, and gains in student achievement controlling for student background characteristics and prior achievement.

  • Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings. The Principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of such meeting.

  • Use of District Facilities 3.4.1 The Association, upon request to the School Director, may use District facilities for meetings and other Association business without cost where no additional cost is incurred by the District. If additional cost is incurred by the District, such cost will be borne by the Association.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of University Facilities Members may use the office assigned to them in connection with such professionally-related activities as preparation of professional manuscripts and materials, scholarly endeavors, approved consultancies, and service to professional associations, schools, or other groups or agencies for whom such service is appropriate. Upon request, faculty may use laboratories and studios for non-sponsored research and other scholarly activity. Upon request, faculty may use meeting rooms and other physical facilities for professionally-related groups subject to availability and prevailing policies of the University governing use of facilities. The facilities of the TRC, Print Shop, computer labs and the use of University equipment are available to the faculty in connection with professional writing, research, or approved service projects subject to availability and to reimbursement at prevailing rates charged by the University.

  • Use of State Facilities Where there is available appropriate meeting space in buildings owned or leased by the State, MSEA-SEIU shall be allowed reasonable use of such space at reasonable times for specific meetings, including space suitable for meetings in private between MSEA-SEIU staff representatives or stewards and employees in the investigation and processing of grievances. In addition, in buildings owned or leased by the State that have video conferencing facilities, MSEA-SEIU may be allowed reasonable use of those facilities. Advance arrangements for the use of State facilities shall be made with the department or agency concerned. MSEA-SEIU shall reimburse the State for any additional expense incurred in allowing use of such space. No other employee organization, except such as have been certified or recognized as the bargaining agent for other State employees, shall have the right to meeting space in State facilities for purposes pertaining to terms and conditions of employment of employees. The use of State facilities for meetings shall be in non-work areas or where work is not in progress. Other than meetings in private between MSEA- SEIU staff representatives or stewards and employees in the investigation and processing of grievances, all meetings in State facilities shall be during the off- duty time of employees attending and, in all instances, attendance shall be voluntary. Arrangements for any meetings in State facilities will be made so as to avoid interference with the department's or agency's operations or violation of the department's or agency's security.

  • Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.
