Use of School. Facilities The Association and its members shall have the privilege of using school facilities for official meetings providing there is no opening/closing cost to the District. The Association agrees to abide by the Board Building Use Policy in effect as of the beginning date of this contract and to assume all costs associated with the use. The Association shall have the right to use school equipment to assist in carrying out Association business. Such equipment shall include typewriters, computers, copy machines, FAX machines, telephones, and audiovisual equipment.

(b)If a local appropriating authority does not vote on the proposed amendment within the 45-day period and that local appropriating authority has previously appropriated funds for its assessment in an amount greater than or equal to the member [town]’s assessment for the amended budget that member [town] shall be deemed to have approved the amended budget. Use of School. Facilities by the Association The Association will have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times of the day or evening for its meetings and other business, provided that such use will not conflict with previously scheduled school events. After school meetings may take place with the knowledge and consent of the building principal. Evening meetings will require submittal of the standard building use forms.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including duplicating equipment, calculating machines, computers and printers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.

  • Use of Site 4.13.1 The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, including areas designated for operations or prohibited from operations by any applicable permit and or regulation, ordinances, permits and the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with any materials or equipment.

  • Use of Software Any software that is available on the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Red Hat and/or its licensors.   • Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings.
