Common use of Use of Premises Clause in Contracts

Use of Premises. The Hirer shall not use the premises for any purpose other than that described in the Hiring Agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the premises or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor do anything or bring onto the premises anything which may endanger the same or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof nor allow the consumption of alcohol thereon without written permission.

Use of Premises. The Hirer shall not use the premises for any purpose other than that described in the Hiring Agreement hiring agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the premises or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor way. If using the Stage, for Safety reasons the Hirer must warn all Users of alcohol thereon without written permissionits height.

The Hirer shall not use the premises for any purpose other than that described in the Hiring Hire Agreement and shall not sub-hire let or use the premises or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor do anything or bring onto the premises anything which may endanger the same it or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof nor allow the consumption of alcohol thereon on the premises without written permission.

Use of Premises. The Hirer shall not not: · sub-hire or use the premises for any purpose other than that described in the Hiring Agreement and shall not sub-hire or hiring agreement; · use the premises or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor way; · do anything or bring onto the premises anything which may endanger the same premises or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof nor thereof; · allow the consumption use of alcohol thereon without written permissiondrugs on the premises or allow smoking in the building.

The Hirer shall not use the premises Premises (including the car park) for any purpose other than that described in the Hiring Agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the premises Premises or allow the premises Premises to be used for any unlawful or unsuitable purpose or in any unlawful way way, nor do anything or bring onto the premises Premises anything which may endanger the same or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof nor allow the consumption of alcohol thereon without written permissionpermission from the Village Hall management committee.

The Hirer shall not use the premises Premises for any purpose other than that described in at clause 1.7 of the Hiring Agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the premises Premises or allow the premises Premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor do anything or bring onto the premises Premises anything which may endanger the same or render invalid any insurance policies or licence in respect thereof of the Premises nor allow the consumption of alcohol thereon without written permission.

Use of Premises. The upstairs area is out of alcohol thereon without written permissionbounds and not for hire.
