Use of Premise. Residents are not permitted to conduct any business activities on residence property without written consent of Student Housing and Community Services, it being understood that Student Housing and Community Services is under no obligation to approve any business activity at or from the residence property and the decision by the Associate Vice-President, Student Housing and Community Services on this matter is final.

Use of Premise. Tenant shall use and occupy the premises in such a manner as would comply with all public health and police regulations.
Use of Premise. 3.1 The GSS shall use the space to service the needs of Graduate Students and The GSS. The space will be used by The GSS for recreational, educational, community development, and administrative purposes.

Lessee shall submit plans, renderings, sketches, and/or architectural drawings clearly indicating the improvements or modifications to be made by the Lessee to the lease premises to the Lessor for approval prior to commencing any improvements. The Lessors approval must be in writing, and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Lessee, during the term of this lease or any extension or renewal of this lease, shall, at is expense, make all repairs as shall be reasonably necessary to keep the said leased premises in good condition and repair. The Lessee further agrees Lessee will make necessary repairs at its expense. The Lessee agrees at the expiration of this Lease or upon the earlier termination thereof, to quit and surrender said premises in good condition and repair, reasonable wear and damage by Act of God or fire or other causes beyond the control of Lessee excepted.
Use of Premise. The Premises shall be used for general office purposes and no other purposes and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The Tenant shall not use, permit or allow the Premises to be used other than as strictly provided in this Lease and shall not use, permit or allow the Premises or any part thereof to be used for any immoral, improper, offensive, or unlawful purpose or otherwise in violation of any federal, state or local statute, law, ordinance, rule or regulation, including, without limitation, in violation of any zoning ordinances; nor shall the Tenant permit any nuisance within the Premises or permit the Premises to be used in any manner which will be a source of material annoyance or in any way interfere with the peaceful possession, enjoyment and proper use of other areas of the Building, nor shall the Premises be used in any manner so as to vitiate the insurance or increase the rate of insurance on the Premises or the Building, nor shall the Premises be used for any purpose which would tend to lower the quality or character of the Building, create unreasonable elevator loads or otherwise interfere with Building operations. In no event shall Tenant be permitted to store any materials or vehicles outside of the Premises in the parking lot or common areas of the Building. Not by way of limitation of the foregoing but in addition thereto, neither the Premises nor any portion thereof shall be used or occupied for any or all of the following: governmental or quasi-governmental offices, spas, massage parlors, escort services offices, retail sales purposes, classroom facility purposes, schools, radio or television broadcasting or studio facilities, auto leasing or auto sales offices, equipment or appliance repair shops, daycare centers, nurseries, churches, or places of religious or quasi-religious worship, religious facilities or offices of religious organizations, or retail or wholesale sale purposes, medical research laboratories or offices for medical or quasi-medical professionals providing medical treatments.
