Common use of Use of Party A’s Information Clause in Contracts

Use of Party A’s Information. Party A agrees that Party B is entitled to inquire about Party A’s creditworthiness with the Credit Database or relevant authorities established or approved by the People’s Bank of China and the Credit Reference Agency, and that Party B is entitled to provide Party A’s information to such Credit Database. Party A further agrees that Party B may reasonably use and disclose Party A’s information for business purpose.

Use of Party A’s Information. Party A agrees accepts and acknowledges that (i) Party B is entitled to inquire about may search Party A’s creditworthiness with 's credit standing information in the Credit Database or relevant authorities credit database established or approved by upon approval of the People’s 's Bank of China and the Credit Reference Agencycompetent credit standing departments or via relevant entities or departments, and that (ii) Party B is entitled to may provide Party A’s 's credit standing information to such Credit Databasecredit database established upon approval of the People's Bank of China and the competent credit standing departments. Use of Party A’s Information. Party A agrees that Party B is entitled to inquire about the credit status of Party A’s creditworthiness with A in the Credit Database or relevant authorities credit database established or approved by under the approval of the People’s Bank of China or credit competent authority or inquire the related entity or department and the Credit Reference Agency, and that agrees Party B is entitled to provide Party A’s information to such Credit Database. Party A further agrees that Party B may reasonably use and disclose Party Athe credit database established under the approval of the People’s information for business purposeBank of China or credit authority.

Use of Party A’s Information. Party A agrees that Party B is entitled may, from financial credit information basic database and other credit reporting agencies established according to inquire about law, inquire, print and keep Party A’s creditworthiness with the Credit Database or relevant authorities established or approved by the People’s Bank of China and the Credit Reference Agencycredit status, and that Party B is entitled to provide them with Party A’s information to such Credit Databaseinformation. Party A further also agrees that Party B may reasonably use and disclose Party A’s information for business purposeneed.

Use of Party A’s Information. Party A further agrees that Party B may reasonably use and disclose Party A’s information in a reasonable manner for the sake of Party B’s business purposeoperation.

Use of Party A’s Information.
