Each director, principal officer and member of a committee with board delegated powers has received a copy of this Conflict of Interest Policy, has read and understand the Policy, has agreed to comply with the Policy, and understands the ALBUQUERQUE COLLEGIATE CHARTER SCHOOL FOUNDATION is charitable and in order to maintain its federal tax exemption it must engage primarily in activities which accomplish one or more of its tax-exempt purposes.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.
