Use of Office. (A)You are granted a license to use the Suite and that particular Office(s) assigned in the Basic Terms, if any, pursuant to the terms of this license agreement (the "Agreement"), one person per Office, unless otherwise set forth in the Basic Terms. If no Office is assigned in the Basic Terms, you may have the use of an office or meeting room, if available, at the then prevailing rate. You agree to use the premises for general office purposes and no other purpose, to only operate approved machinery or equipment within the Office or otherwise in the building, and to comply with all laws, rules, regulations and ordinances. (B)We reserve the right to relocate you to another space within the same Suite and to substitute such other space for your Office, provided such other space is substantially similar to your Office and you incur no increase in Monthly Office Fees or any moving cost or expense as a result of the relocation. (C)You agree to abide by such rules and regulations governing the use of your Office and the Suite as may now exist or may later be adopted by us. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your employees, guests and invitees abide by all such rules. (D)Upon any termination of this Agreement, you agree to vacate the Office and cease Al use of the Suite. Furthermore, we will not be responsible for providing any further service to you. On or before the Notice Date, you agree to give us notice of your intent to terminate this Agreement or to renew it. Any renewal will only be upon such terms or conditions as we may agree in writing. In the event you fail to provide us with such notice, this Agreement will automatically renew for a Term equal in time to the original Term of and upon the same terms and conditions as this Agreement; provided, the Monthly Fees will be the then applicable Monthly Fees for your Office and services, and the Monthly Fees may be higher than those previously applicable. In the event you have been assigned an Office and notify us that you intend to vacate your Office and fail to do so on the End Date, the terms of this Agreement and the license granted to you will continue on a month-to-month basis at the then applicable Monthly Fees for your Office (based on a month-to-month term) and services, and the Monthly Fees may be higher than those previously applicable, and you will be liable to us for any damages resulting from your failure to vacate the Office. 2.

Use of Office. Lessee will use and occupy the Premises for the purpose of conducting Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and uses incidental thereto and for no other purposes seven days per week between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. excluding all federal and state legal holidays. Lessee will conform to and comply with all applicable municipal, state, and federal permits, ordinances, laws, rules and regulations in using the Premises , and does further covenant that Lessee will not use or suffer to be used within the Premises any nuisance or waste or any activity as might tend to increase the existing rate of fire and extended coverage insurance of the Lessor.
Use of Office. The Client shall be provided with the exclusive use of the Office. Client shall have twenty-four (24) hour per day, seven (7) day per week access to the Office subject to fire, flood or other casualty, acts of God, strikes, lock-outs, labor disputes, shortages of material or labor, or any other cause beyond the control of Center. CLIENT EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS AGREE­MENT FOR OFFICE USE HEREIN DOES NOT TRANS­FER POSSES­SION TO THE CLIENT, IS NOT INTENDED TO AND SHALL NOT BE DEEMED TO CREATE A LEASE OR ANY OTHER INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY IN FAVOR OF THE CLIENT, BUT MERELY CREATES A REVOCABLE AGREEMENT IN ACCORD­ANCE WITH THE TERMS HEREOF. This Agreement is subject to and subordinate to the underlying lease of the premises comprising Office (the “Master Lease”). Client acknowledges that it is not a party to, nor shall Client have any rights under the Master Lease, and further acknowledges that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate simultaneously with the termination of the Master Lease, by any cause or for any reason.
Use of Office. During the Consulting Period, the Company may provide you with an office for your use at its location in Oneida, New York or Melville, New York.
Use of Office. Client will use its space exclusively as an office. Client will not store or use anything which will create a fire or theft hazard, cause noise, create a smell or use abnormal amounts of electricity. Client will not interfere with the business of any other client of Meridian, act in an offensive manner toward Meridian or any of its clients, cause an increase of Meridian’s insurance premiums or cancellation of its insurance, or create a nuisance. For purposes of this provision, the term “nuisance” shall include, but not be limited to, excessive noise, abusive and/or foul language, the use of cell phones in the common area portions of the Business Center. Neither Meridian nor Client will publicly voice disparaging remarks about the other, to other clients. Other than a personal computer, desktop printer, facsimile machine or small desktop appliances, Client will not bring any office equipment onto the premises without express written permission from Meridian. Client will not bring a free-standing commercial copier or postage meter into the office without express written permission from Meridian. Client will not make any alterations to its office unless it obtains prior written approval from Meridian. Approval may be conditioned on: (i) agreement that improvements will remain the property of Meridian, even at the termination of this Agreement; (ii) Client making a deposit; (iii) agreement by Client that it will return the office to its original condition when it vacates; or (iv) some combination of (i) through (iii) above. To the extent the Building rules and regulations in effect from time to time are more restrictive than the Center’s Rules and Regulations, the Building rules and regulations will be deemed controlling. Client is additionally subject to the Rules & Regulations as set forth in Exhibit “A”. Client will promptly comply with these rules and regulations as may be promulgated and imposed from time to time by Meridian.
Use of Office. Buyer shall provide each of Donald R. Charles and David J. Brennan access to and use of an officx xx xxx Xxxxxxxx at nx xxxxxx xxxxx 00 days after the Closing Date.

Use of Office. During the term of this Agreement, provided Tenant is not in default of any of the terms, covenants, conditions or provisions of this Agreement, Tenant shall have the exclusive use of the Premises. Landlord may take possession of the Premises and substitute other space in the Executive Suite substantially comparable to the Premises by giving written notice to Tenant at least thirty (30) days in advance, and Landlord shall pay for all reasonable costs of relocation.
