Use of Marks. Except as otherwise explicitly provided herein, neither party shall use the other party's names, trademarks, service marks or logos (collectively, "Marks") without the prior written consent of the other party. Yiftee may use Merchant's Marks on the Services and any services partnered or affiliated with Yiftee in connection with the provision or promotion of any Gift or in Yiftee's marketing and publicity materials.
