You agree to: (i) use ethical and legal business practices, (ii) comply with the Advertisers’ Program terms and this Agreement, (iii) maintain a privacy policy on Your Web site and for any non-Web site based promotional method made available to Visitors, and (iv) designate Your Publisher Account as “special” if You promote an Advertiser(s) by any means other than displaying a Link to the Advertiser on Your Web site. CJ must approve all of Your promotional activities and may deem Your promotional activities inappropriate and a material breach of this Agreement in CJ’s sole discretion. Our network quality department reviews publisher conduct and any suspected fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal content or activity by You through Your promotional methods, or that is perpetrated through use of the Network Service, is grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement or deactivation of Your Account. Use of Links. If you qualify and agree to participate as an Affiliate, we will make a variety of graphic and textual links available to you (each referred to herein as a "Link" or collectively, as the "Links"). The Links will serve to identify your website as a member of the Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your website or e-mail to XXXXX Brands’ website. Unless expressly permitted by XXXXX Brands, the Links are to be used on your website and you shall not distribute the Links to third parties to be posted on websites that you do not own. You agree to cooperate fully with us in order to establish and maintain such Links. You further agree that your use of the Links must be in compliance with this Agreement at all times. Any information with respect to XXXXX Brands that is going to be displayed on the Affiliate Site must be preapproved by XXXXX Brands in writing. Excluded Products and Categories XXXXX Brands reserves the right to exclude certain products and product categories at our own discretion. We will notify our Affiliates of these changes. Trademarks Affiliate Trademarks You grant to us a nonexclusive, nontransferable, royalty-free right to use and display your trademarks, service marks and logos (“Affiliate Marks”) in connection with the Affiliate Program and this Agreement. As a courtesy to Users, we may provide links to other websites or resources owned and operated by third parties. Your promotional activities must have been approved in advance by Voiccer, who may deem Your promotional activities inappropriate and a material breach of this Agreement in Voiccer's sole discretion. ALLEGRA may review Affiliate conduct and any suspected fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal content or activity by Affiliate through Affiliate's promotional methods, or that is perpetrated through use of the Network Service, is grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement or deactivation of Affiliate Account.

If Affiliate qualifies and agrees to participate in the LEH Affiliate Program, LEH will make a variety of graphic, textual, and HTML code links available to Affiliate (each referred to as a “Link” or collectively as the “Links”) via the LEH Affiliate Program Portal. The Links will serve to identify Affiliate’s website as a member of the LEH Affiliate Program and will establish a link from Affiliate’s website or e-mail messages to LEH’s website. Affiliate agrees to cooperate fully with LEH in order to establish and maintain such Links. Affiliate further agrees that use of the Links must be in compliance with this Agreement at all times. LEH may modify the Links from time to time in its sole discretion. Affiliate will not use graphic or textual images, custom HTML code, or text messages to promote LEH that are not approved in advance by LEH. Affiliate Sites shall display the Links prominently in all relevant sections of their website. Furthermore, Affiliate shall not use cookie stuffing techniques that set the affiliate tracking cookie without the Referred Customer's knowledge. LEH must preapprove, in writing, any information with respect to LEH that is going to be displayed on Affiliate Sites but is not contained in the LEH Affiliate Program Portal.
