Common use of Use of Likeness Clause in Contracts

Use of Likeness. The Executive hereby grants to the Company, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, during the term of the Executive's employment with the Company, and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of that employment for any reason, the right to use the Executive's name, likeness and biography in connection with the advertising, sale and/or marketing of the Company's, or its parent or affiliated company's, products or services.

Use of Likeness. The Executive hereby grants to the Company, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, during the term of the Executive's ’s employment with the Company, and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of that employment for any reason, the right to use the Executive's ’s name, likeness and biography in connection with the advertising, sale and/or marketing of the Company's’s, or its parent or affiliated company's’s, products or services.

The Executive hereby grants to the Company, its Arras, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, during the term of the Executive's employment with the Company’s employment, and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of that employment for any reason, the right to use the Executive's ’s name, likeness and biography in connection with the advertising, sale and/or marketing of the Company'sCompany and Arras’, or its their parent or affiliated company's’s, products or services.

Use of Likeness. The Executive hereby grants to the Company, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, during the term of the Executive's employment with the Company, and for previously published materials a period of one (1) year after the termination of that employment for any reason, the right to use the Executive's name, likeness and biography in connection with the advertising, sale and/or marketing of the Company's, or its parent or affiliated company's, products or services.
