USE OF LICENSE. A. The Licensee may install and use the Products on his/her computer(s) only.
USE OF LICENSE. Licensee agrees that the operation of the Crowdfunding Platform, including the website and back-office systems, shall be of a first-class quality and standard and of a style and appearance consistent with similar products distributed by Licensor, and that Licensee’s Crowdfunding Platform will be operated in accordance with all applicable Swedish and international laws and shall meet the highest industry standard and shall not reflect adversely upon Licensor or the Trademark.
USE OF LICENSE. Your use of the licenses and permissions contained in Section 6(c) is restricted to the sale of The Kidney Disease Solution products using ClickBank Affiliate Links. All other uses of the licenses and permissions contained in Section 6(c) are prohibited and will constitute a breach of this Agreement.
USE OF LICENSE. 3.1 The License is exclusive to the Licensee worldwide.
USE OF LICENSE. The License granted pursuant to this Agreement authorizes Subscriber to engage in only the following activities:
USE OF LICENSE. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Licensor nor its affiliates shall, directly or indirectly, utilize, or allow a third party (other than Licensee) to utilize, the SLS Intellectual Property in connection with any restaurant, hotel, casino or nightclub located in Xxxxx County, Nevada (the “Restricted Territory”), without the prior written approval of Licensee, except as otherwise expressly set forth herein and in the Transaction Agreements. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the restrictions of this Section 1.3 prevent or in any way limit the rights of Licensor or its affiliates or any third party from marketing, advertising or otherwise promoting within the Restricted Territory any restaurant, hotel, casino or nightclub which is located outside the Restricted Territory. For example, Licensor shall have the right to market or promote the “SLS at Xxxxxxx Hills” at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino or any other location within the Restricted Territory.
USE OF LICENSE. 1. Party A grants Party B a license to re-play music files for ring back tone (referred to as "COLOR RING DOWNLOADING" in China) with unlimited number of times in digital or other applicable mode, for the downloading by subscribers of the mobile phone operators in China (including China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, China Netcom and other possible mobile phone operators) for ring downloading. (Value-added service of ring downloading by mobile phone user means the ring downloading services provided by way of connecting mobile phone line system to computer or peripheral systems).
USE OF LICENSE. Licensee hereby agrees to market and distribute the Licensed Products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and the terms of this Agreement.
USE OF LICENSE. V2K represents and warrants to Licensee that: (a) V2K has all right, title, license and authorization to license the Program to Licensee; and (b) the Program does not, and as a result of any upgrades, the Program will not, to the best of V2K's knowledge, infringe upon any United States patent, copyright or other proprietary right of any third party. If Licensee's use of the Program as provided by V2K is enjoined as a result of a claim by a third party of patent or copyright infringement or violation of proprietary rights, then V2K shall use its best efforts, in its sole discretion, to either (i) procure for Licensee the right to continue use of the Program as contemplated under this Agreement; or (ii) replace the Program or modify it such that there is no infringement of the third party's rights. This action by V2K shall be V2K's sole and exclusive obligation to Licensee with respect thereto, and V2K shall have no further liability to Licensee. The term "best efforts" as used in this Section shall not be construed to include expenditures of money by V2K.
USE OF LICENSE. Licensee, in connection with its utilization of the license granted hereunder, will not violate any statute, law, rule or regulation, or any third party intellectual property or other rights.
