Use of Kitchen. If facilities rented include kitchen, Party will be provided with a separate list of cleaning requirements regarding the kitchen. Party’s signature on this Agreement includes agreement to abide by additional kitchen use requirements, if applicable.

Use of Kitchen. Included in kitchen rental is use of the refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, 4 burner stove with oven. The broiler and deep fryer must have prior approval for use. Specific instructions on use of appliances will be made available to those groups renting kitchen. • Xxxxxx is responsible for condition of kitchen even with the hire of caterer.
Use of Kitchen. The use of any of the Church’s kitchen facilities is expressly prohibited without the Church’s prior written approval, as may be specifically set forth in paragraph 17, below.
Use of Kitchen. When use of the kitchen is permitted, the Renter must follow the guidelines and instructions given to them by CASI prior to the event. All equipment directly associated with the holding of food are available for use by the Renter. The Renter is responsible for all food items, spices, condiments and eating/drinking utensils. CASI does not provide any silverware, dishes or cups/glasses for use by the Renter. If the Renter anticipates "left-overs", the Renter must provide storage containers.
Use of Kitchen. Saint Xxxxxxx de Sales reserves the right to limit kitchen usage to pre-approved caterers or other on- site representative. All food must be immediately removed following any event. Ice may be used from the ice machine, if available. No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the kitchen without the supervision of an adult. Additional kitchen sanitation and safety rules will be posted in visible locations in the kitchen and/or provided to Renter as a separate document, which is to be considered incorporated into this Agreement.
Use of Kitchen. Rental of the facility may include use of the kitchen. Kitchen users must make their own catering arrangements. Lessee must provide utensils, plates and all other supplies. The kitchen is not equipped for large-scale food preparation or catering. NO HEAVY COOKING or FRYING. Use of receptacles, countertop, sink, water and refrigerator will be part of the agreement. If Lessee chooses to pay for the clean up fee option, Lessee will still be responsible for putting all trash into trash bags and removing and refuse or debris from the room and placing it in the trash cans located in the back of the facility at the Garfield House and the dumpster at the Training Center. Failure to do so will result in having the clean up fee as listed below applied and deducted from the Damage Report Fee. If Lessee selects to clean on their own all clean up supplies will be provided.
Use of Kitchen. THE HIRER/ORGANISATION shall comply with the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 Industry Guide to Good Hygiene Practice: Catering Guide ISBN 0 900 103 00 0. A copy is available in the kitchen or by request when booking. THE HIRER/ORGANISATION shall ensure that the kitchen is kept clear of coats, handbags, paperwork, etc. and that it is only used for the preparation and serving of food which does not include any form of cooking (Warming of pre-cooked food is acceptable) THE HIRER/ORGANISATION shall ensure that the kitchen appliances and utensils are left in a clean condition & put away. THE HIRER/ORGANISATION shall ensure that no dogs or other animals are allowed to enter the kitchen. THE HIRER/ORGANISATION shall note that the kitchen can be a shared facility available to other users within the premises and that exclusive use is not guaranteed, unless the hall is booked on a sole use basis. THE HIRER/ORGANISATION will be responsible for the supply of tea towels, dishcloths and washing up liquid as these are NOT supplied.

Use of Kitchen. (IF APPLIABLE) Subject to the written approval of the Church, the Applicant may request use of the Church’s kitchen facility for the purposes of a “warming kitchen” only, the costs of which shall be paid by the Applicant. No formal cooking of meals in the Church kitchen is permitted by the Applicant. Such use of the kitchen facility by the Applicant will also be subject to the Applicant confirming with the kitchen use restrictions set out in the Facility Use Policy. PARKING (IF APPLICABLE) Subject to the written approval of the Church, the Applicant may request use of the Church’s parking lot. SNOW REMOVAL (IF APPLICABLE) The Applicant will be required to reimburse the Church for the costs of any necessary snow and/or ice removal that is required in relation to its use of the Booked Facility.
Use of Kitchen. The kitchen is for the use of Xxxxxx’x Catering personnel only. If it is found that the kitchen was used without permission it will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit ($300.00).
Use of Kitchen. The kitchen is a “warming or staging” kitchen only and shall not be used for full preparation of meals for guests. The catering kitchen located in the barn is the only kitchen to be utilized by caterers, and the caterers shall be prohibited from utilizing the kitchen in the Cabin. Caterers or serving personnel may use the microwave oven, the refrigerator, ice machine, ice totes, beer keg dispenser, deep well cooler, cocktail units, stainless steel tables/countertops for service at the event and with permission from Event Space personnel. At no time may caterers use any serving utensils, food, beverages, containers, or any other equipment found in-house. The kitchen shall be left in the condition it was found. Food shall be scraped into the disposal, dishes rinsed, and the sink and floor shall be clean. Failure to do so shall result in cleaning charges deducted from Renter’s Damage Deposit.
