Common use of Use of Image Clause in Contracts

Use of Image. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 2.1 and without the prior approval of the Executive Director, be entitled to allow or authorise any person, corporation or entity to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, reputation and identity for commercial purposes including but not limited to licensing, endorsements, advertising, promotions, merchandising, memorabilia, events and marketing.
