Use of Grant Funds. In accepting grant funds, Xxxxxxx agrees that it shall use or expend grant funds, or any portion thereof, only as provided for in this Agreement and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, agrees to purchase materials, equipment or other property specified in Exhibit A only for use in connection with the grant project authorized by this Agreement except as may be otherwise provided herein.
