Use of Future Technologies. The Parties recognize that stormwater treatment science is evolving. Developer shall have the option, but not the requirement, to use any treatment options contained in current or future Department of Ecology stormwater manuals and corresponding City stormwater technical manuals that are approved for general use by the City so long as the resulting use of technology would lead to stormwater treatment equivalent to, or better than, other authorized stormwater treatment technologies and so long as such technologies are consistent with federal and state law, including Ecology’s Phase II permit, as it now exists or as may hereafter be amended.

  • Use of Software Any software that is available on the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Red Hat and/or its licensors. Copying or reproducing the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is permitted by a license agreement accompanying such Software.
