Use of Furniture. From and after the Sublease Commencement Date, Sublessor hereby covenants and agrees that Sublessee shall have the right to use the furniture, equipment, workstations, telephone switch and handsets, chairs, file cabinets and other equipment located in the Subleased Premises owned by Sublessor (collectively, the “Furniture”), which Furniture is more particularly identified on Schedule 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof. Sublessee shall maintain such Furniture in its as is condition, subject to normal wear and tear and shall have the right to modify and/or rearrange the Furniture during the Term in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Prime Lease.

Use of Furniture. Tenant’s right to use the Furniture as set forth in ¶ 8 of the First Amendment shall remain unchanged through the Expiration Date as extended hereunder.
Use of Furniture. Upon execution of this letter agreement until the Payment Date, BoomBoat shall pay to Aucxis a monthly fee in the sum of $66.09 (the "Furniture Fee"), representing ten percent (10%) of the Furniture Purchase Price calculated annually. Use of Furniture. The permission granted to SHUSD by CITY shall include such furniture and fixtures as are presently at, or may in the future be provided by CITY for the Pool. SHUSD agree to indemnify CITY against damages to such furniture and fixtures caused by the acts of SHUSD, or its members, in excess of ordinary wear and tear. CITY shall designate how facility is to be used and where the furniture is to be stored.
Use of Furniture. During the Sublease Term, Sublandlord hereby leases to Subtenant and Subtenant hereby accepts from Sublandlord, for the monthly charge set forth in Section 3(B)(iv) above, the Furniture. The FF&E shall be leased in its “AS-IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS” condition and Sublandlord makes no representations or warranties to Subtenant of any kind with respect thereto. Subtenant shall maintain the FF&E in its existing condition and repair, ordinary wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted, and shall pay all FF&E taxes associated with the FF&E. No alterations or changes shall be made to the FF&E except with Sublandlord’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Upon expiration of the Sublease Term or earlier termination of this Sublease, such Furniture shall be conveyed to Subtenant in consideration of Subtenant’s payment to Sublandlord in the amount of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. The foregoing provision shall be self-operative, but in confirmation thereof, upon the request of Sublandlord, Subtenant shall execute and deliver a xxxx of sale, on a form provided by Sublandlord, pursuant to which Sublandlord shall transfer and convey such furniture to Subtenant. Sublandlord makes no representations or warranties as to the condition or suitability of such Furniture for Subtenant’s use. Sublandlord shall have no other obligation or liability with respect to any such Furniture, and such Furniture shall constitute Subtenant’s property for all purposes under the Sublease and Master Lease.
Use of Furniture. Tenant shall have the use of existing furniture in the Premises which are shown in Exhibit `A' attached. Tenant shall be responsible to return such furniture in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. The furniture rental payment shall be $1.50 per square foot or $2,356.25 per month.
Use of Furniture. The Landlord is leaving for the Tenant some furniture, hereto attached as Exhibit "B", for the Tenant's use so long as the Landlord does not otherwise require it, and so long as it is cared for. Landlord shall have no obligation to replace any furniture and Tenant will either insure the furniture for its full value or will reimburse Landlord for expense for the furniture.

Use of Furniture. Subtenant may utilize the furniture and audio-visual equipment owned by Sublandlord and located in the Subleased Premises as of the Commencement Date (the “Furniture”) during the Sublease Term. The Furniture is itemized in Exhibit C attached hereto (the “Inventory”). If Subtenant elects not to use some or all of the Furniture, it may store the Furniture offsite, at Subtenant’s sole cost and expense, and risk of loss; provided, however that Subtenant may not remove any of the Furniture comprising audio-visual equipment. Provided that no Event of Default has occurred (as defined in Section 22), Sublandlord shall not remove the Furniture listed on the Inventory during the Sublease Term.
Use of Furniture. Tenant shall have the right to use in the Premises the furniture that is owned by Landlord and is currently being used by Tenant in its premises located on the 5th Floor of the Building. All of such furniture shall continue to be owned by Landlord and Landlord is making no representation or warranty whatsoever, either express or implied, regarding such furniture. Tenant shall use such furniture at its own risk and shall surrender such furniture to Landlord upon the expiration or sooner termination of the Term of this Lease.
Use of Furniture. Subtenant shall have the right to use the furniture located within the Subleased Premises during the Term without charge, and shall return such furniture on the expiration or sooner termination of the Term in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
