Common use of Use of Facilities Clause in Contracts

Use of Facilities. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities for meeting upon proper facility authorization by the building principal when such use will not interfere with previously scheduled activities; and school equipment when not otherwise in use shall be made available for Association use. The Association shall reimburse the district for any excessive use of district supplies.

Use of Facilities. The Association and its members shall have the right to make use of school facilities for meeting upon proper facility authorization by the building principal meetings and equipment, including communications equipment, in non-confidential areas when such use will not interfere with previously scheduled activities; facilities and school equipment when are not otherwise in use. Such use shall be made available for restricted to official Association useactivities. The Association shall reimburse pay for the district reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use and any additional custodial expenses caused by such use. The Principal of the building shall be notified in advance of the time and place for any excessive use of district suppliesall meetings.

Use of Facilities. The Association shall have the right or its representatives will be permitted to use available school facilities for meeting upon proper facility authorization by the building principal when and equipment at reasonable hours provided such use will not interfere with previously scheduled activities; and or interrupt normal school equipment when not otherwise operations. This provision will be subject to approval of the Building Administrator or his/her designee in use shall be made available for Association useadvance. The Association shall will be responsible for damages resulting from the use of facilities and equipment. The Association will give a written account of any materials or supplies used to the District business office and reimburse the district District for any excessive use of district suppliesall materials and supplies used.

In the building principal when such use will not interfere with previously scheduled activities; and school equipment when not otherwise in use shall be made available for Association use. The event any cost accrues to the District under this provision, the Association shall reimburse the district for any excessive District that cost. Appropriate use of district suppliesfacility forms and procedures shall be followed.

Any costs associated with such use shall be made available for Association use. The Association shall reimburse paid by the district for any excessive use of district suppliesAssociation.

The Association shall reimburse be responsible for securing permission and gaining access to the district building through the school principal. The Association shall be responsible for any excessive use of district suppliessecuring the building after the meeting.

The Employer shall bill the Association for such use of district suppliesat the rate established each year by the Employer.

The Association shall reimburse have the district right to use school buildings for any excessive local Association meetings. Such use of district suppliesshall be only when not in conflict with school activities.

Prior arrangement for the use of facilities and equipment shall be made available for Association with the prior approval of the building principal to avoid conflicting use. The Association shall reimburse the district for any excessive use of district supplies.
