Common use of Use of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment including typewriters, duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio visual, equipment, at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use, for the purpose of coordinating Association business. The local Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to use.

Use of Equipment. The Subject to administrative approval, the Association shall have the right to may use designated school facilities and equipment including typewriters, mimeograph machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio visual, as well as audio- visual equipment, at reasonable times outside of school hours including employees’ designated lunch period, when such equipment is not otherwise in use, for the purpose of coordinating Association business. The local Association shall be responsible for such equipment and pay for the reasonable actual cost of all materials and supplies incident incidental to such use.

Use of Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment including typewriters, duplicating equipment, calculating machinesall technology, and all types of audio visual, communications equipment, at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use, for the purpose of coordinating Association business. The local Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of such equipment and all materials and supplies incident to such use. The Association will hold the Board harmless for loss or corruption of data of the District due to the Association’s use.

The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment equipment, including typewriters, duplicating equipmentequipment including copiers, calculating machines, computers and all types of audio visual, equipment, at reasonable times when such audio-visual equipment is during non-work hours and so as to not otherwise in use, for the purpose of coordinating Association businessinterfere with nor interrupt school operations. The local Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to usesuch use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.

The administrative staff responsible for such equipment shall be advised of any intended use. Such use shall not substantially interfere with the operations of the Schools. Use of items not listed above shall require the prior approval of the Superintendent or designee.
