Use of Equipment and Facilities. (i) You must complete an OIP in accordance with clause 3.6 prior to undertaking your first exercise session or using any equipment at a Revo Fitness Facility.

Use of Equipment and Facilities owned exclusively by the Contractor The equipment and facilities owned by the Contractor and used for the Petroleum Operations shall be charged to the Petroleum Costs Account at a lease rate that shall be sufficient to cover the maintenance, repairs, depreciation and services provided to the Petroleum Operations, provided that such costs do not exceed those normally charged by Third Parties in the Republic of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire for similar services and taking into account the quality and availability of those services.

County will provide its School Resource Officer(s) with standard law enforcement equipment provided to all of its Officers, including a vehicle, for use while providing services under this Agreement. District shall provide all School Resource Officer(s) with a place to park and a place to perform work, such as a desk or an office available for School Resource Officers’ use.

Sponsor (and/or its affiliates) will provide and make available to Player the typical equipment to be worn and utilized by Player during any practices for and participation in the Game (the “Equipment”), including, but not limited to, fb shoulder pads, fb mouthpieces, fb hip/thigh/knee pads and practice equipment for all sports. Sponsor shall further provide each Player with the use of jerseys for all practices and a Game jersey, which shall become the property of the Player following the Game. Player shall be responsible for providing and supplying the following for his personal use: football helmet, gloves, bats, shoes, socks, jocks, shorts and additional pads for extremities. Player assumes any and all risks, of every kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of Player’s use of the Equipment or any athletic facilities.
