Use of Email. The Parties record that whilst they may correspond via email during the currency of this Agreement for operational reasons, no formal notice required in terms of this Agreement, may be given via email, save where a legal notice is sent electronically and also delivered by hand to a responsible person.

Use of Email. Grievances must be filed via email addressed to the University’s official email address for this purpose, which is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. Emailed grievances submitted and/or any responses issued after 5:00pm during regular business days shall be deemed received on the next business day. The University’s email server’s internal clock shall govern any disputes regarding date and/or time of receipt.
