USE OF ELEVATORS. At all times, the transport of supplies, test equipment, inventory, sales merchandise or any other "freight" type materials to and from the Premises must be transported via the buildings freight elevator.
USE OF ELEVATORS. When and as long as no elevator operator is present on the premises, the lessor has the right to put the elevator out of working order. Otherwise article 7, paragraphs 1-3 apply.

USE OF ELEVATORS. 1. No claims whatsoever can be made as to the use of the elevators in case they are stopped due to power failure, essential repairs or official regulations, except in case of intent or gross negligence from the part of the lessor.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

Tenant shall not interfere with the rights of Landlord, other tenants or any other person entitled to use the Common Areas.

  • Elevator Landlord shall provide passenger elevator facilities on business days from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and shall have one elevator in the bank of elevators servicing the Premises available at all other times.

  • Use of Leased Premises The Leased Premises are to be used by Tenant solely for the Permitted Use and for no other purposes without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Lavatories Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common area lavatories of the building shall include:

  • Use of Common Area Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use the Common Area in common with Landlord, other tenants in the Building, and others entitled to the use thereof, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations governing the use of the Common Area as Landlord may from time to time prescribe and subject to such easements therein as Landlord may from time to time grant to others. Tenant shall not obstruct in any way any portion of the Common Area or in any way interfere with the rights of other persons entitled to use the Common Area and shall not, without the prior written consent of Landlord, use the Common Area in any manner, directly or indirectly, for the location or display of any merchandise or property belonging to Tenant or for the location of signs relating to Tenant's operations in the Premises. The Common Area shall at all times be subject to the exclusive control and management of Landlord.
