Use of Electronic Mail. Electronic mail and Internet and intranet websites may be used only to distribute routine communications, such as drafts of loan documents and financial statements and other information as provided in Section 13, and to distribute this Agreement and the other documents to be executed in connection herewith for execution by the parties thereto, and may not be used for any other purpose.

The Administrative Agent, any Swing Line Agent or any Borrower may, in its discretion, agree to accept notices and other communications to it hereunder by electronic communications pursuant to procedures approved by it; provided that approval of such procedures may be limited to particular notices or communications.

Although this medium offers many features that will enhance your ability to do your job, misuse of this tools wastes valuable resources in our computing and network environment, increases the risk to this environment by computer viruses, and exposes DHL to liability.
