USE OF DISTRICT ROADS. CITY acknowledges that the use of earthen DISTRICT access roads is prohibited during inclement weather or when DISTRICT’s earthen access roads are wet. When DISTRICT’s earthen access roads are wet, CITY’s access will be limited to pedestrian access only and CITY shall allow such access only if CITY determines the conditions are safe and do not warrant the CITY’s closure of such access by the public. Nothing in this paragraph shall diminish DIRECTOR’s authority to order closure of the RECREATION IMPROVEMENTS when deemed necessary by DIRECTOR.

  • Use of District Facilities 3.4.1 The Association, upon request to the School Director, may use District facilities for meetings and other Association business without cost where no additional cost is incurred by the District. If additional cost is incurred by the District, such cost will be borne by the Association.

  • Consent to Contact Primary and Secondary Contact(s). In most circumstances, Residents will be treated without reference to their parents, guardians or primary/secondary contacts (i.e. student conduct situations). However, the Manager or the Institution may contact the Primary or Secondary Contact at any time and for any purpose, including, without limitation, to advise them of (i) any accident or injury to the Resident, (ii) overdue financial payments, (iii) termination of this Agreement, and/or (iv) any situation where the Resident may cause harm to themselves or to another, or (v) if the Resident is placed on Residence Probation or issued any behavioural contract or Eviction by the Manager. The Manager or the Institution may disclose the Resident’s personal information in such communications, and the Resident hereby consents to this disclosure.

  • Use of Private Vehicles Whenever practicable, State-owned or contracted vehicles shall be made available to ASF Members required to travel on behalf of the Employer. The Employer may elect to allow ASF Members to utilize personal vehicles on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the mileage resulting at the rates provided under the travel regulations. Except for emergency circumstances, or when defined by the Employer as a condition of employment, an ASF Member shall not be required to use a personal vehicle for university purposes.

  • General Description of Services The A-E will be contacted by COUNTY Project Management staff on an “as-needed” basis as projects arise to provide A-E for professional services. Requirements will be discussed by both Parties and A-E shall prepare a written Scope Statement that will include the specific work to be performed, including the costs and time required to complete the project/task. Orange COUNTY Project Management staff will then review the A-E’s Scope Statement, proceed with negotiation of task costs and when satisfied, issue a Contract Task Order (CTO) against this CONTRACT. The A-E shall serve as lead of a design team that may include other construction design professionals working together to ensure that the original design is carried through to the finished product, with no alterations in materials or design that would lead to safety issues or compromise the quality of the building or building component. Other team members who may be retained by the lead to support a project as a consultant may include but are not limited to landscape architects, lighting designers, data consultants, security consultants, controls engineers, commissioning consultants, traffic engineers, surveyors, estimators, special inspection, etc. The A-E shall be responsible for the preparation of comprehensive building assessments, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and reports within the scope of the Contract Task Order (CTO). In the preparation of construction drawings and specification, the A-E shall also responsible for:
