Use of Credit Information. Customer hereby agrees that it will request credit information received from CSG solely for said Customer’s use in connection with (i) credit transactions between Customer and the consumers to whom the credit information relates, (ii) employment purposes, (iii) underwriting of insurance, (iv) collection activity, and (v) government licensing, or for other “permissible purposes” as defined by the FCRA and applicable third party vendors (i.e. ******* and ********), and will neither request nor use any such information for any other purpose.
Use of Credit Information. Customer and CSG agree that all information and data collected by, stored in, or accessed through the One-Time Credit Card Processing or Recurring Credit Card Processing Services is part of the “Confidential Information” and as such shall be kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Master Agreement.

Use of Credit Information. Each party agrees that Party C may use the credit information enquired and obtained for the purpose of its business according to laws and regulations, and that Party C and the third party credit information agency may keep, sort, and process the information enquired and obtained, and use them for evaluation of the credit status of the information subject or verification of the authenticity of the information of the information subject.

Each Customer that purchases the Card Account Update Service agrees that it shall keep all information and data accessed through the Card Account Update Service strictly confidential. Each such Customer hereby agrees that it will request credit information received from CSG solely for said Customer’s use in connection with (i) credit transactions between such Customer and the consumers to whom the credit information relates, (ii) employment purposes, (iii) underwriting of insurance, (iv) collection activity, (v) government licensing, or for other “permissible purposes” as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), and will neither request nor use any such information for any other purpose.
Use of Credit Information. Customer and CSG agree that all information and data accessed through the Account Updater Processing Service is “Confidential Information” and as such shall be kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Agreement.

Customer agrees that CSG shall not provide Credit Verification Services in a manner that is in violation of any agreement with CSG’s vendor, but the foregoing shall not prohibit Customer’s use of the Credit Verification Services in a manner consistent with Customer’s third party vendor.
Use of Credit Information. Subscriber / Reseller hereby certifies that it will request and resell credit information received from TRW to third parties solely for said third parties' use in connection with credit, employment or insurance underwriting transactions between the third party and the Consumer to whom the credit information relates, or for other "permissible purposes" as defined by the FCRA, and will neither request nor use any such information for any other purpose.
