USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY. CONTRACTOR shall not use County property (including equipment, instruments and supplies) or personnel for any purpose other than in the performance of his/her obligations under this Agreement.

USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY. 26 8.1 COUNTY intends to permit CONTRACTOR the rent-free use of office 27 space, office furniture, and office equipment located in any and all offices 28 and COUNTY facilities at which CONTRACTOR shall be co-located with COUNTY 1 staff pursuant to this Agreement, as is more particularly set forth in that 2 certain lease or license agreement described in Subparagraph 8.2, below. As 3 stated in the lease or license agreement, said office space, office furniture, 4 and equipment shall be used solely by employees of CONTRACTOR while performing 5 their assigned duties pursuant to this Agreement.
USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY. 9.1 CONTRACTOR shall be co-located with COUNTY staff, at a COUNTY facility, to provide services under this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall enter into a rent- free license agreement with ADMINISTRATOR for the co-location and shall execute all terms and conditions of said agreement upon ADMINISTRATOR’s presentation of said document to CONTRACTOR. Failure to execute and abide by the license agreement will result in a breach of this Contract.

As stated 7 in the lease or license agreement, said office space, office furniture, and 8 equipment shall be used solely by employees of CONTRACTOR while performing 9 their assigned duties pursuant to this Agreement.

USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY. 7 9.1 COUNTY intends to permit CONTRACTOR use of office space, office 8 furniture, and office equipment located at Tustin Family Campus at which 9 CONTRACTOR shall be co-located with COUNTY staff pursuant to this Agreement, 10 as is more particularly set forth in that certain lease or license agreement 11 described in Subparagraph 9.2, below. As stated in the lease or license 12 agreement, said office space, office furniture, and equipment shall be used 13 solely by employees of CONTRACTOR while performing their assigned duties 14 pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, COUNTY shall have the right to 15 approve any and all CONTRACTOR provided equipment.

SSA will provide HCA the rent-free use of office space, office furniture, and office equipment located in any and all offices and SSA facilities at which HCA shall be collocated with COUNTY staff pursuant to this MOU. Per this MOU, said office space, office furniture, and equipment shall be used solely by employees of HCA while performing their assigned duties pursuant to this MOU.
