You may use the Client Software installed on your Devices by Customer only in accordance with the instructions, and only in connection with the services, provided to you by Customer. The terms of this document permanently and irrevocably supersede the terms of any Microsoft End User License Agreement that may be presented in electronic form during your use of the Client Software.

You may use the Client Software only in accordance with the MSA and any applicable End User License Agreement, and only in connection with the Service.

Unless accompanied by different terms and conditions from Xband Enterprises, the Xband Enterprises End User License Agreement available under the ConnectID “Product specific Agreements” at xxxx://xxx.Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx is applicable to all Client Software, and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Schedule. If there is an express conflict between these terms and any End User License Agreement, the terms of the applicable End User License Agreement will govern. You may use the Client Software only in accordance with the Agreement, and any applicable End User License Agreement, and only in connection with the Service.
