Use of City Vehicles. Employees will be permitted to use City vehicles to take the road test up to two (2) times. The City will not pay the costs for the road skills test.

Use of City Vehicles. 25.01 Laborers shall be permitted to use ½, 3/4 and one ton trucks for purposes of transportation of persons, tools or materials, but will not operate snow plows or dump beds.
Use of City Vehicles. An employee must obtain advance written permission from the City Finance Officer or the City Manager to use a City gasoline credit card for gas. Any out-of-pocket expenses incurred in using a City vehicle, such as parking, tolls, or emergency repairs, shall only be reimbursed upon approval of the City Finance Officer and upon the presentation of receipts verifying expenditures. Except upon prior approval of the City Manager, only City employees can drive or be a passenger in a City vehicle.
Use of City Vehicles. No City vehicle shall be used for the transportation of employees to and from their residences or for other personal uses with the exception of instances where a Department Director has given an employee specific approval to use the vehicle to attend an after-hours scheduled City meeting or travel to and from a scheduled work task.

Use of Private Vehicle If an employee is authorized by the City Manager to use their private vehicle on City business, they shall be compensated at the maximum rate allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. No employee shall use a private vehicle for City business unless the employee has provided the City Manager or his/her designee with written verification that the vehicle is insured by law.
Use of City Vehicles. At the direction of the Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chiefs and Battalion Chiefs are subject to recall as a Duty Chief, wildland interface fires and for other greater alarm incidents. To facilitate response, the City shall provide a City-owned automobile that is code 3 equipped at no-cost to the em- ployee. Note: The City will provide two new gasoline vehicles for the three Battalion Chiefs in FY21 and will endeavor to purchase a third when funding becomes available. The City will provide additional funding to assist in funding the purchase of the two vehicles. The Fire Xxxxxxxx is also subject to recall to investigate fire scenes and the City shall provide a City-owned automobile at no-cost to the employee.
Use of City Vehicles. The Association may utilize City vehicles on an “as needed” basis, provided that Association requires and verifies that the driver is at least 21 years of age, has a current Nebraska driver’s license, and has had no more than two moving violations and no DUI violations within the last five years.
