Common use of Use of Card Clause in Contracts

Use of Card. 4.1 The Principal Cardholder shall be liable to RHB Islamic Bank for all transactions effected by the Principal Cardholder and the Supplementary Cardholder (if any) using the Card and the Supplementary Card respectively and for all related charges billed to the Card Account. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary herein contained and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the foregoing liability of the Principal Cardholder shall continue to subsist notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement.
