Common use of Use of Buildings Clause in Contracts

Use of Buildings. The Union shall have the right to use school buildings for Union meetings provided that the building principal is notified twenty-four (24) hours before any such meetings, and that such meetings are during non-school hours and do not interfere with any facet of the school's educational, administrative or extracurricular program.

Use of Buildings. The Union shall have the right to use school buildings for Union meetings of teachers covered by this Agreement provided that such meetings do not interfere with the operation of the District. The Union shall schedule such meetings with the principal of the building principal is notified or other appropriate administrator at least twenty-four (24) hours before any such meetings, and that in advance of such meetings are during non-school hours and do not interfere with reimburse the District for any facet damage which occurs as a result of the school's educational, administrative or extracurricular programsuch use.
