Use of Building Facilities. After providing appropriate notice to the BOARD, the UNION shall have the right to use a designated area of a building owned or leased by the BOARD for the purpose of conducting UNION meetings at reasonable hours before or after the employee work day. If the UNION desires to meet at a time other than during the normal working hours of the building custodian, it shall pay any additional direct costs incurred by the District.
Use of Building Facilities. The Federation or committees of the Federation shall be allowed the use of the facilities of the Employer for meetings when the facilities are available and the meetings would not conflict with the business of the Employer.

The Association and its membership may use staff mailboxes, District mail, telephones and the District computers and e-mail system for the purpose of communicating with members and other District personnel as legal and appropriate.

Upon reasonable advance request, the Association may be allowed use of District facilities for meetings; provided that such facility is not required for regular purpose use, and that the District is reimbursed for any costs (excluding rent) incurred in such Association use.
Use of Building Facilities a. Utility services of the building may be used in this work. Toilet facilities are available on the site and may be used by the workmen subject to agreement reached with Building Manager prior to beginning work.

The Cazenovia United Educators will have the right to use the school buildings without cost at reasonable times for meetings, provided however, that the CUE does not interfere with pre- scheduled activities. The principal of the building will be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings. If an activity requires additional paid services, the CUE agrees to pay for these services at established rates. The Presdient of the CUE will have access to all school buildings.
Use of Building Facilities. During the course of Lessee's construction of the Tenant Improvements, Lessor hereby agrees not to charge Lessee's contractors for use of the Building utilities, loading dock and freight elevators during normal business hours.
