Common use of Use of Basement and Service Areas Clause in Contracts

Use of Basement and Service Areas. The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the SUNS RAYS PLACE , shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

Use of Basement and Service Areas. The basement(s) and service areas, areas if any, as any located within the SUNS RAYS PLACE , Project shall be earmarked ear-marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fire-fighting pumps and equipment's equipments etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements basement(s) (if any) in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association Maintenance In-charge (including the Association of allottees formed by the Allottees allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee / Purchaser shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees allottees / Purchasers for rendering maintenance services. Further if allottees / Purchasers are not purchasing garage / car parking space they shall not have the right to park their cars in the parking space.

The Allottee Allottee/Purchaser shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association Association of allottees Allottees/Purchasers formed by the Allottees Allottees/Purchasers for rendering maintenance services.

Use of Basement and Service Areas. The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the SUNS RAYS PLACE Said Complex, shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump . Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting firefighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee / Purchaser shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees allottees / Purchasers for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees Allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements basement(s) (if any) in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association Maintenance In-charge (including the Association of allottees formed by the Allottees allottees) for rendering maintenance services.
