Use of Alcohol or Other Drugs. The Association acknowledges that the Medical Center and its nurses are required to comply with the Drug Free Workplace Act. The Association further acknowledges and supports the Substance Free Workplace Policy and agrees to its provisions. A nurse reporting for work under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicants, or consuming alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants while on duty will be subject to disciplinary action which may include immediate termination of employment. This section shall not apply to the use of prescribed drugs providing such use does not adversely affect the nurse’s job performance.

Use of Alcohol or Other Drugs. An employee reporting for duty under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicants, or consuming alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants while on duty, will be subject to disciplinary action which may include immediate termination. The parties acknowledge that the Hospital and employees may be required to comply with the Drug Free Workplace Act. If the Act applies, the parties agree to comply with its provisions. As the need arises, the parties agree to follow the Hospital’s “Procedure for Dealing with an Impaired Employee.” This Section shall not apply to the use of prescribed drugs providing such use does not adversely affect the employee’s job performance.

  • Use of Data by User Registry Operator will permit user to use the zone file for lawful purposes; provided that (a) user takes all reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access to and use and disclosure of the data and (b) under no circumstances will Registry Operator be required or permitted to allow user to use the data to, (i) allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission by email, telephone, or facsimile of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising or solicitations to entities other than user’s own existing customers, or (ii) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that send queries or data to the systems of Registry Operator or any ICANN-­‐accredited registrar.
