Use of Aggregate Information. HashiCorp may collect and aggregate data derived from the operation of the Service (“Aggregated Data”), and HashiCorp may use such Aggregated Data for purposes of operating HashiCorp's business, monitoring performance of the Service, and/or improving the Service. HashiCorp's use of Aggregated Data shall not reveal any Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information, or personally identifiable information of Authorized Users.
Use of Aggregate Information. The Parties acknowledge that the AI system collects certain usage information and related data in the course of providing Services under this Agreement and combines it to show general trends or values without identifying individuals within the data ("Aggregate Information" as defined above). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Parties agree that AI may use the Aggregate Information obtained by the AI Platform for its own internal purposes, including without limitation, for managing its operations, identifying problems, correcting errors and improving its delivery of products and services. AI shall not provide any personally identifiable information ("PII") obtained from Customer to any third party, but AI may use any information obtained from Customer to target any individual for promotional purposes or advertising if such individual is located in the United States. AI operates from the United States and does not intend to collect and Customer shall not provide any PII with respect to any individual located outside the United States.
Use of Aggregate Information. Qlik may collect and aggregate data derived from the operation of the SaaS Services (“Aggregated Data”), and Qlik may use such Aggregated Data for purposes of operating Qlik's business, monitoring performance of the SaaS Services, and/or improving the SaaS Services. Qlik's use of Aggregated Data shall not reveal any Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information, or personally identifiable information of Authorized Users and/or Third Party Authorized Users. Consultants who have a need to know such data for the purpose of providing technical support; will be bound by a confidentiality obligation prior to such disclosure.
Use of Aggregate Information. IAM may use usage patterns, trends and other statistical data derived from Customer’s use of the Service for purposes of providing, operating, maintaining, or improving the Service and for IAM’s advertising and marketing purposes; provided however, that all such information will be aggregated and/or anonymized and will not identify Customer or its Authorized Users or Customer’s Clients or disclose any Customer Content or other Customer Confidential Information.
Use of Aggregate Information. Anaplan may collect and aggregate data derived from the operation of the Anaplan Service (“Aggregated Data”), and Anaplan may use such Aggregated Data for purposes of operating Anaplan’s business, monitoring performance of the Anaplan Service, and improving the Anaplan Service. Anaplan’s use of Aggregated Data will not reveal any Client Data, Client Confidential Information, or personally identifiable information of Authorized Users.

  • Line Information Database 9.1 LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks.   • SITE INFORMATION General description The Xxxxx Power Station is situated approximately half way between Bethal and Ogies on the R545, being just over 30 km from each town and 10 km north-west of Kriel town. Xxxxx Power Station is situated in a summer rainfall area with an average annual precipitation of about 750 mm falling almost entirely during the months of October to April. The average rainfall per month generally exceeds 40 mm during this period, although drought periods do occur which can last for 20 days or longer. Drought periods occur most frequently during the months of October/November and March/April. January is statistically the highest rainfall month with an average monthly rainfall of about 130 mm. June has the lowest rainfall with an average monthly rainfall of about 7 mm.   • Protection of Private Information If this Agreement requires City to disclose “Private Information” to Contractor within the meaning of San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12M, Contractor and subcontractor shall use such information only in accordance with the restrictions stated in Chapter 12M and in this Agreement and only as necessary in performing the Services. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12M.

  • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates.
