Use of Aggregate Data. ServiceNow may collect, use, and disclose quantitative data derived from Customer’s use of the Subscription Service for industry analysis, benchmarking, analytics, marketing, and other business purposes in support of the provision of the Subscription Service. Any such data will be in aggregate form only and will not contain Customer Data.

Customer agrees that Accela may collect, use and disclose Aggregate Data derived from the use of the Subscription Services for industry analysis, benchmarking, analytics, marketing and other business purposes. All Aggregate Data collected, used and disclosed will be in aggregate form only and will not identify Customer, its Authorized Users or any third parties utilizing the Subscription Services.

Customer agrees that as part of providing the Hosted Applications, Coupa may collect, use and disclose quantitative data derived from the use of the Hosted Applications for service improvements, industry analysis, benchmarking, analytics and supporting Customer's usage of the Hosted Applications. All data disclosed will be in aggregate and anonymous form only and will not identify Customer or its specific Users or its relationship to their suppliers.

Customer agrees that Xxxxxxx may collect, use and disclose quantitative data derived from the use of the Densify Subscription Offering for industry analysis, benchmarking, analytics, marketing, and other business purposes. All data collected, used and disclosed will be in aggregate form only and will not identify Customer or its users.

Forward Networks has the right to collect Aggregate Data, owns the Aggregate Data, and has the right to use Aggregate Data for product improvement, research and development, operations management, and for other commercial purposes in its sole discretion. Forward Networks will also have the right to share Aggregate Data with third parties, but Forward Networks may only share Aggregate Data in a form that cannot be used to identify Customer or any Authorized User. Forward Networks does not collect personal data as part of its collection of Aggregate Data.

Customer agrees that DocuSign may collect, use, and disclose quantitative data derived from the use of the DocuSign Services for its business purposes, including industry analysis, benchmarking, analytics, and marketing. All data collected, used, and disclosed will be in aggregate and deidentified form only and will not identify Customer, its Authorized Users, Customer Data, or any third parties utilizing the DocuSign Services.

Use of Aggregate Data. Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms or otherwise, Datto may evaluate and process use of the Product and Content in an aggregate and anonymous manner, and compile statistical and performance information related thereto (referred to as “Aggregate Data”). Datto may use and share such Aggregate Data to improve the Products, develop new products, understand and/or analyze usage, demand, and general industry trends, develop and publish white papers, reports, and databases summarizing the foregoing, and generally for any purpose related to Datto’s business. Datto retains all intellectual property rights in Aggregate Data. For clarity, Aggregate Data does not include any personally identifiable information nor identify any Content Owner or individual.

Customer agrees that Aforza may collect, use, and disclose quantitative data derived from the use of the Services for its customer support and general business purposes, including industry analysis, benchmarking, analytics, and marketing. All data collected, used, and disclosed will be in aggregate and deidentified form only and will not identify Customer, its Authorized Users, Customer Data, or any third parties utilizing the Services.
Use of Aggregate Data. Customer agrees that SingleStore may collect, use and disclose quantitative data and metadata derived from the use of the Software (i) for its own internal, statistical analysis, (ii) to develop and improve the Software and (iii) to create and distribute reports and other materials regarding use of the Software. For clarity, any such data collected, used, and disclosed will be in anonymized aggregate form only and shall not identify Customer or its Users, include any Customer or User Confidential Information, or disclose any Customer Data.
