Common use of Use Limited Plan Clause in Contracts

Use Limited Plan. (a) No later than ninety (90) days before the beginning of each calendar year, each Seller or each Seller's designee shall provide, or cause to be provided, a Use Limited Plan as required under the current CAISO Tariff for each Facility for the next eighteen (18) months. Use Limited Plan will be used as the template to enter the information for each Facility and send to Buyer via email.
