Use in Solicitation Activities. NW shall be responsible for furnishing Distributor and Selling Firms with sufficient quantities of Applications, Prospectuses and other materials to assure an adequate supply for use by Distributor and Selling Firms in their distribution and solicitation activities with respect to the Contracts. Distributor shall not use, and shall take reasonable steps to ensure that Selling Firms do not use, any promotional, sales or advertising materials that have not been approved by NW. NW has the right to recall promotional, sales, and advertising material from use at any time by notice to Distributor. In the event NW chooses to recall any such materials, Distributor will immediately cease their use and destroy any unused material.
Use in Solicitation Activities. Insurer shall be responsible for furnishing Distributor with such Applications, Prospectuses and other materials for use by Distributor and any Selling Broker-Dealers in their solicitation or wholesaling activities with respect to the Contracts. Insurer shall notify Distributor of those states or jurisdictions which require delivery of a statement of additional information with a prospectus to a prospective purchaser.
Use in Solicitation Activities. The Trust shall be responsible for furnishing Distributor with such Applications, Prospectuses and other materials for use by Distributor and Representatives in their solicitation activities with respect to the Funds. No Representative of the Distributor shall use any promotional, sales or advertising materials unless such materials have been approved by the Trust or the Distributor.

FNWL shall be responsible for furnishing Distributor with such Applications, Prospectuses and other materials for use by Distributor and Representatives in their solicitation activities with respect to the Contracts. FNWL shall notify Distributor of those states or jurisdictions that require delivery of a statement of additional information with a Prospectus to a prospective purchaser. Distributor shall not use and shall take reasonable steps to ensure that its Representatives do not use any promotional, sales or advertising materials that have not been approved by FNWL. FNWL has the right to recall promotional, sales, and advertising material from use at any time by notice to Distributor. Distributor or its Representatives shall not use any promotional, sales or advertising materials that have not been approved by State Farm.

Separate Account shall be responsible for furnishing Company with such Applications, Prospectuses and other materials for use by Company and any Selling Broker-Dealers in their solicitation activities with respect to the Contracts. Separate Account shall notify Company of those states or jurisdictions, which require delivery of a statement of additional information with a prospectus to a prospective purchaser.

CILAC shall be responsible for furnishing CCMC with such Applications, Prospectuses and other materials for use by CCMC and Representatives in their solicitation activities with respect to the Contracts. CILAC shall notify CCMC of those states or jurisdictions which require delivery of a statement of additional information with a Prospectus to a prospective purchaser. CCMC or its Representatives shall not use any promotional, sales or advertising materials that have not been approved by CILAC.

Issuer shall be responsible for furnishing Distributor with such Applications, Contract Prospectuses, Fund Prospectuses and other materials for use by Distributor and Representatives in their solicitation activities with respect to the Contracts. Issuer shall notify Distributor of those states or jurisdictions that require delivery of a statement of additional information with a prospectus to a prospective purchaser. Distributor shall not use and shall take reasonable steps to ensure that its Representatives do not use any promotional, sales or advertising materials that have not been approved by Issuer.
