Use Following an Accident. Any person required to take a post-accident alcohol test under this policy is prohibited from using alcohol until he/she undergoes a post-accident test. Such a test shall be conducted no later than eight (8) hours after the accident occurs.

Use Following an Accident. No driver required to take a post-accident alcohol test pursuant to this policy shall use alcohol for eight hours following the accident, or until he/she undergoes a post accident alcohol test, whichever occurs first.

  • Automatic Renewal Limitation for TIPS Sales No TIPS Sale may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term.
