Use Fees. In consideration of use of the Facilities, User shall pay MIT a fee according to the MIT.nano Facility Rate Chart, reflected on the MIT.nano website. Fees will be due and payable within 30 days following the receipt of MIT’s invoice and shall be paid in US Dollars, excluding taxes, withholding or impost of any kind.
