Common use of Use and Access Clause in Contracts

Use and Access. 13.1 Tenant shall use the Premises for the purpose set forth in Section 2.10, and shall not use the Premises, or permit or suffer the Premises to be used, for any other purpose without Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent Landlord may withhold in its sole and absolute discretion.
