USAID Contribution. (a) The Grant. To help achieve the Objective set forth in this Agreement, USAID, pursuant to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, hereby grants to the Grantee under the terms of the Agreement not to exceed United States ("U.S.") Dollars ($ ) (the "Grant"). [If incrementally funded, insert the following paragraph (b)]
USAID Contribution. Section C.1. USAID shall expend funds and implement this Agreement only in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States Government.

  • In-Kind Contributions For clarity, In-Kind contributions will only be recognized as eligible when the costs incurred by the Applicant are incidental to its ordinary course of business, directly attributable to the Project and easily auditable.

  • Initial Contribution The member agrees to make an initial contribution to the Company of $____________.

  • Contributions Without creating any rights in favor of any third party, the Member may, from time to time, make contributions of cash or property to the capital of the Company, but shall have no obligation to do so.

  • Retirement Contribution The State shall, as permitted by 5 M.R.S.A. §17702 §§s5 and 6, pay the cost of the 6.5% or 7.5% retirement contribution for employees in the following classifications.   • Campaign Contributions The CONTRACTOR is hereby notified of the applicability of 11-355, HRS, which states that campaign contributions are prohibited from specified state or county government contractors during the terms of their contracts if the contractors are paid with funds appropriated by a legislative body.

  • USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS The Site does not offer users to submit or post content. We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, "Contributions").   • City Contribution 387. The City agrees to maintain health and dental benefits at present levels for the life of the Agreement.
