USAGE OF THE CLIENT’S EQUIPMENT. 22.1 The Mandatary hereby acknowledge that his / her employees are not permitted to use any materials, machinery or equipment of the Employer unless the prior written consent of the Client has been obtained, in which case the Mandatary shall ensure that only those persons authorized to make use of same, have access thereto.

USAGE OF THE CLIENT’S EQUIPMENT. The Mandatary hereby acknowledge that his / her employees are not permitted to use any materials, machinery or equipment of the Employer unless the prior written consent of the Client has been obtained, in which case the Mandatary shall ensure that only those persons authorized to make use of same, have access thereto. The Client shall ensure that it isolates and apply LOTO on any equipment’s and machinery where there is an unexpected start up or flow of energy. The Mandatary has a responsibility to apply its own LOTO procedures before starting with work and post the use of the equipment and machinery.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND APPAREL 16.01 The Employer will furnish employees with all necessary personal protective equipment (including safety helmets, safety glasses, gloves etc.) and rain gear if and when required. Said equipment shall remain the property of the Employer. Any worn out safety equipment will be replaced by the Employer upon presentation of the worn equipment. The employees shall be held responsible for loss or improper maintenance of Employer furnished items, including personal protective equipment, rain gear and safety equipment, in which case employees may, at the discretion of the Employer, be subject to disciplinary action.

  • Protective Equipment 21.01 All employees shall wear safety hats to be made available by the Employer.

  • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Customer-Provided Equipment Comcast shall have no obligation to install, operate, or maintain Customer-Provided Equipment. Customer alone shall be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, operation and replacement of all inside telephone wiring and equipment and facilities on the Customer’s side of the cable modem, route and/or coaxial input connection. All Customer-Provided Equipment and wiring that Customer uses in connection with the Services must be fully compatible with the Services. Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all charges for troubleshooting, maintenance or repairs attempted or performed by Comcast’s employees or authorized contractors when the difficulty or trouble report results from Customer-Provided Equipment.
