Usage Details. When you access and use the website or App, we may collect certain details of your access to and use of the website or App, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the website or App.
Usage Details. Depending upon when your employee/client entered the program (before or after a program change) the program contact hours may be different from the original program contact hours. The usage detail will be provided in a format that can be automatically processed, as opposed to an image of the data (e.g., PDF or bitmap). A structured data file (e.g., xls or xlsx) is the preferred format for electronic submission of usage detail data. The electronic exchange mechanism will be such that a machine-to-machine interface can be used and not require manual intervention. Delivery of the usage report shall be via secure means (e.g., Secure FTP, HTTPS, or s/mime email attachments). Additional data elements can be provided, as necessary, and the details of the data formats can be defined following the establishment of the BPA.

XML is not currently supported, but will be developed after agreement is signed. In addition, the Contractor shall make available to each individual user a summary of their total usage and resulting total cost for each month. This can be provided to the extent that individual user information is available, in order to match up a user to a unit. Currently individual user information is not available due to security reasons.
