Usage Agreement. In consideration of Woodmen Hills Metropolitan District, acting by and through Woodmen Hills Parks and Recreation Department, its directors, officers, agents, employees, volunteers, representatives, and any other persons or entities acting on their behalf (the “District”) allowing me or my minor child(ren) to use the Woodmen Hills Recreation Center West and Recreation Center East (together, the “Recreation Centers”) and participate in all related events and activities (“Activities”), I (“User”), on behalf of myself and my minor child(ren), do voluntarily and willingly acknowledge and enter into the following Usage Agreement and Waiver of Liability (“Agreement”):

Usage Agreement. Except as otherwise provided below, Client may not use the project report externally (including public forums), in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Technomic. Any Technomic project report may not be used by Client’s outside contractors or other third parties except for the exclusive use specifically related to Client’s business. Any copies are considered confidential and shall be returned to Client or destroyed. If Client wishes to use information from the project report for external advertising claims, Client must obtain prior written approval from Technomic and provide proper attribution for Technomic in such uses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Technomic grants Client the limited right to use portions of or information from the project report in external presentations; provided that such portions or information so used may not constitute more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the content of any such external presentation by Client without Technomic’s prior written consent.

Usage Agreement. The Patron also agrees not to utilize the Chromebook in any way that would violate Stoughton Public Library policies, or federal, state, or municipal law. Patron will be issued 1 Chromebook and 1 charger. Chromebooks will return to default settings when the Chromebook is powered off. No information will be stored, so users are encouraged to save their work via USB, cloud-based service, or by emailing it to themselves. This Chromebook can be used to search the internet, check email, open flash drives, stream videos, check Facebook, and edit documents using Google Drive. This Chromebook CANNOT print, run Microsoft Office products, or play CD/DVD discs. Take-home use: Users may borrow a Chromebook for up to 2 weeks on a first come, first served basis. These Chromebooks can be renewed for additional time. Chromebooks will return to default settings when the Chromebook is powered off then turned back on. Returning The Device At this time Chromebooks can be returned to the Stoughton Public Library’s bookdrop in the bag that it came in. Chromebooks CANNOT be returned at other OCLN libraries. Payment of the rental fee and security deposit must be made before receiving the key to the lodge and shall be non- refundable, except as may be hereinafter otherwise provided. Parking beyond the gates is prohibited except to drop off supplies. Illegal parking is subject to a fine and employees will enforce this policy. Amplified music is subject to the City of Xxxxxxx Point ordinances. No alcoholic beverages may be sold without approval from the Parks Commission, Public Protection Committee, and Common Council, along with a Class B beverage license issued by the City Clerk. The lessee agrees and consents to permit the City through its agents, including police, to enter the premises without further notice to ensure that all federal, state and local laws are being complied with.
