Urgent situations. When an urgent situation or issue arises it will be raised with the next rank or level of management as appropriate. The next rank or level of management will decide whether an extraordinary Board will need to be called or whether the situation can be heard at the next scheduled Board meeting.

Urgent situations. In the event Port reasonably believes that there is an Aeronautical Equipment problem that interferes with essential facilities or endangers the safety of operations at the Airport, Port may, by written or verbal notice (followed up in writing) to STAC, direct STAC to immediately surrender the Aeronautical Equipment described in Exhibit A to the Port. If STAC cannot or is unable to do so immediately, then the Port may immediately take possession of the Aeronautical Equipment.

  • Emergency Situations If the condition is an emergency, this will be communicated to the Contractor with the request that corrections are to be accomplished immediately. The Contractor shall respond to the notice in emergency situations within twenty-four hours. If the Contractor fails to respond within this time limit, the Owner may correct the defect and charge the Contractor for the Work. If it is determined the complaint is not the responsibility of the Contractor, the Contractor shall be promptly paid for the cost of the corrective work. The Contractor shall give notice in writing to the Owner when corrections have been completed.

  • Special Situations The parties recognize that under certain circumstances a Change in Control may occur under conditions which make it inappropriate for Employee to receive the termination benefits or protection set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, in the event that a Change in Control occurs for any one of the following reasons, the provisions of Sections 2, 6 and 9 shall not apply:

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Facility. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Facility and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Facility and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan.
