Urgent situations. 2. If the employer offers the journalist reasonable compensation and cannot reasonably know or suspect that the journalist will raise an objection referred to in point a of the previous paragraph, the employer will not require the journalist's prior permission in urgent situations. Urgent situations. When an urgent situation or issue arises it will be raised with the next rank or level of management as appropriate. The next rank or level of management will decide whether an extraordinary Board will need to be called or whether the situation can be heard at the next scheduled Board meeting.

Urgent situations. In the event Port reasonably believes that there is an Aeronautical Equipment problem that interferes with essential facilities or endangers the safety of operations at the Airport, Port may, by written or verbal notice (followed up in writing) to STAC, direct STAC to immediately surrender the Aeronautical Equipment described in Exhibit A to the Port. If STAC cannot or is unable to do so immediately, then the Port may immediately take possession of the Aeronautical Equipment.
