Urgent Requirements. When the BPA or FSS Contract delivery period does not meet the bona fide urgent delivery requirements of an ordering office, agencies are encouraged, if time permits, to contact the Contractor for the purpose of obtaining accelerated delivery. If the Contractor offers an accelerated delivery time acceptable to the ordering office, any order placed under this BPA pursuant to the agreed upon accelerated delivery time frame shall be delivered within this shorter delivery time and in accordance with all other terms and conditions of this BPA.

Urgent Requirements. The Contractor will note in its price list the “Urgent Requirements” clause of its contract and advise agencies that they can also contact the Contractor’s representative to effect a faster delivery.
Urgent Requirements. For procurements that require COR approval only, when it is necessary for the Contractor to procure material to immediately respond to urgent requirements, the Contractor may verbally request approval. If the COR concurs with the urgent nature of the requirement, verbal approval or disapproval to the contractor will be provided followed by written approval or disapproval within the next business day. The written approval or disapproval must reference the date of verbal communication from the COR. Verbal requests and approvals are not applicable to purchases that require Contracting Officer approval.

If the contractor offers an accelerated delivery time acceptable to the ordering agency, any order(s) placed pursuant to the agreed upon accelerated delivery time frame shall be delivered within this shorter delivery time and in accordance with all other terms and conditions of the contract.
Urgent Requirements. In the event of an urgent requirement, the Contractor shall provide a written proposal within the timeframe specified by the Contracting Officer in the specified format.

Urgent Requirements. A very limited number of urgent requirements may be issued. Within one (1) to three (3) calendar days after receipt of the PWS, the Contractor shall provide to the Contracting Officer, a TO Performance Plan, to include a technical and a price proposal, for performing the requirements of the PWS. The contractor’s proposed technical and price shall be submitted as separate distinct documents.

  • Payment Requirements ‌ If funding levels are significantly affected by state or federal budget and funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of the function performed by Subrecipient, the Contract may be terminated by the County at the end of the period for which funds are available. The County shall notify Subrecipient at the earliest possible time of any service, which will or may be affected by a shortage of funds.
