Upon Preliminary Approval. Settlement Administrator shall seek reimbursement for the costs of notice and related administrative expenses incurred with respect to effecting the Notice Plan as provided in Section 4 in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00 from Defendant.

  • Preliminary Approval Within a reasonable time after execution of this Settlement Agreement by the Parties, Plaintiff shall apply to the Court for the entry of an Order:

  • Preliminary Approval Order “Preliminary Approval Order” means the order of the Court preliminarily approving this Settlement Agreement.

  • Motion for Preliminary Approval The Parties agree to jointly prepare and file a motion for preliminary approval (“Motion for Preliminary Approval”) that complies with the Court’s current checklist for Preliminary Approvals.

  • PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT 3. Promptly upon execution of this Stipulation, Lead Plaintiffs will move for preliminary approval of the Settlement, certification of the Settlement Class for settlement purposes only, and the scheduling of a hearing for consideration of final approval of the Settlement, which motion shall be unopposed by Defendants.   • Preliminary Schedule A preliminary schedule of construction indicating the starting and completion dates of the various stages of the Work, including any information and following any form as may be specified in the Specifications. Once approved by District, this shall become the Construction Schedule. This schedule shall include and identify all tasks that are on the Project’s critical path with a specific determination of the start and completion of each critical path task as well as all Contract milestones and each milestone’s completion date(s) as may be required by the District.

  • Approval/Non-Approval We will notify you whether your Application has been approved or denied within 14 days after the date we receive a completed Application. Notification may be in person or by mail or telephone unless you have requested that notification be by mail. You must not assume approval until you receive actual notice of approval. The 14-day time period may be changed only by separate written agreement.

  • FAA APPROVAL This Agreement may be subject to approval of the FAA. If the FAA disapproves this Agreement, it will become null and void, and both Parties will bear their own expenses relative to this Agreement, up to the date of disapproval.

  • City Approval Wherever any approval or consent of the City, or of any of its departments, officials or employees, is called for under this Agreement, the same shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
